Iterview With the Aurthor, a.k.a Emma Stone

Q. So after you have finished your successful series Destanado, why did you feel it necessary to jump right in again?

A. I just got an idea, on the fourth of July actually, and went for it.

Q. What is your book called?

A. That confidential info. And I don't know anyways.

Q. Can you give us a brief summary?

A. Yes, it's about Autumn Mills, daughter of Emma Mills, successful lawyer and politician. She, her sister Ali, and best friend Danny and Seth, have been having a great summer, but things get shaken up when football star cousin, aka Autumn's worst enemy, Jake, shows up with plans of his own, concerning Ali and her "friends." But one Saturday afternoon they do into the old "Hadder House," the world is turned up side down.

Cousins And Swimming

On the fourth of July I went swimming. Why do I tell you this? I was playing a game with my cousin Sarah. It is kinda like thimble, you pick a category, and hold the person you are playing with in your arms. When you get it right they flip you over. My cousin listed the category "cousins." I did it very organized, I thought of my Aunts and Uncles in order:

German Shepard's are also sweet, not my fave's though, I'm thinking of this mix, named Mizze, way adorable, love you Mizze!!!!!!!

This is a Boarder collie, very cute and cuddly, i also love bunnies, so together they are the best.

Camp Big Springs

Two days ago I got back from camp. My reply was I LOVE INDOOR PLUMBING!!! And CURSE THE PORTA-POTTIES!! It wasn't very educational, but VERY COLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I'm back now, and preparing for summer. Lets hope that SEVEN PEAKS!! is way fun. I want to be there on Mon. Lucy I miss you on these days.

Best Birthday Ever!

On April 26 2008 I had my first harry potter birthday. At 6:00am on that Saturday morning I was up and ready to get my presents. For about five minutes I was waiting, than after that five minutes I was sleeping. Until 7:00 I was in a half Emma sleep mode. Than my mom came in with my birthday owl, a snowy white one named Hedwig. I got up got dressed, and ate 5 pancakes. My mom made me wait almost 2 hours before we could go to my Uncle Matt's house to meet my cousins Lucy and Sarah. Than we had to load the car. It was endless! But finally we were ready to go pick up Amy. I opened my presents in the car. Lucy gave my a $20 gift certificate to Petsmart and chocolate , Sarah gave me a Hannah Montana CD, and Amy gave me a purse breath mints and chapstick. Than we got to lagoon. We went on all the big awesome freaky rides. I think Wicked was my favorite ride. You go really fast up, than really fast straight down. It was fun. I also liked The Rocket it goes up than down, fast. I got a REALLY chocolatey birthday cake and nummy rolls! The ride home was the worst part. I wanted it to last forever. But it didn't.

Destanado

Hi I'm writing a book. A very LONG book. It's called Destanado. And so far it's at 67 pages. It's about a poor orphan named Tala. But the cool part, she's actually not an orphan! The bad part, hey ruler and ex-lover prince Caspian, his father the King, and a mysterious Dark Force have her mother under a spell. Sounds good, ya? So when I become a world famous author you can remember you read this about my first ever book.

Valentines Daty

Today was Valentines day and this is what I did. First I went into my Mom and Dad's room to say "Happy Valentines Day!" What I got in return was a Symphany Chocolate Bar and The Golden Compass Series Book On Tape. Soon after I was in the kitchen with my mom curling my hair and me attempting to eat ceral. But after all the efforts I looked amazing! At school we didn't do anyhting to special in the morning. We had math swithched spots, and got our progress reports. I did great as always. I got 89%. It's not bad for the advanced math class. When we got back to clas I saw a giant Valentine bear on Mary's desk {her presnt from her true love} and red and pink in every corner of the room! I got to the 21st page in my creative story. {Only 2 paragraphs required.} After Centers time was over we did a 1-hour mystery. I helped the boy next to me as well as the rest of my class with the decoding and graph part. As soon as we finished the mystery w edid the word puzzle my mom made with every name in the class. i was the first to finish. For lunch I had a PB&J sandwitch and cheese with a pudding. After lunch we passed out the Valentines and a boy name Dante gave me a special kiss earaser. So the we went to orchastra and we ha d aparty there to. Thank goodness I hadn't practiced! After school me and my family went to a 4:00 dinner at Bombai House. So that is a very long summary of my 10th Valentines Day1

Sundance Ski Racing

Last Saturday I had my first ski race and one of my coaches Tyson said I did GREAT! My first time was 54.53 and according to Tyson that is great. I'm excited for my next race and now I can train better beacause I know what to expect. My friends Anna-Marie and Amanda did awesome! They were in the early fourties I think 40.77 and 41.35. I hope that I get to see them get a medal.

Remembering President Hinkley

On the 28th of January our Church's prophet died. He has been the prophet since I was born. Maybe even before that. My dad came in to tell me at 10:18 that night. The first thought I had was of a beautiful home in heaven, with President Hinkley's wife and Heavenly father both holding their arms in welcome.
I hope that my picture is correct. President Hinkley was a great man. And the most faithful man I have ever known of.
I remember hoping every time I went to stake conference that he would be there. I loved hearing him speak. Even though I never met him or saw him in person, I know he was a great man.
I know his friends and family will miss his company. But our amazing prophet will be greeted in heaven by those who he has loved and lost.
And I'm sure our Heavenly father is delighted to see this son of his once again.
